Southern Learning Series: Flavored Vinegars - October 27th, 2024

- Classes are limited to 9 people
- Dress comfortably, as it can get warm in the kitchen

Spend a Sunday afternoon at the Historic Turlington House creating wonderful holiday gifts for your foodie friends! Learn about (and taste!) a variety of infused culinary vinegars. Create your own custom infusions using herbs, fruits and zests. Your host, Kelly Sopp, makes it tons of fun with stories from the kitchen. You’ll enjoy beverages and a light lunch. Then take home your vinegars to age, for later use in salads, for dipping bread, cooking, or giving away as festive holiday gifts.

Parking:
There are a few spots in the driveway, and there is street parking on the West side of the street (across from the Turlington House).

Note:
We will be standing quite a bit, but stools are provided. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. We are not responsible for improper storage or what you do in your own kitchen.

We may snap a few pictures or short clips of video during class to promote future classes. By attending, you give us permission to do so. If you are highly opposed, just let us know before we get started.

If you have food allergies, or require wheelchair access, please let us know in advance via email so that we can best accommodate your needs.

*Because we pre purchase your supplies and ingredients, classes are not refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, please provide 48 hour notice and we can exchange your class for another date that’s available.
