Southern Learning Series: NeighborWoods - June 16, 2024

- Ages 8 + welcome.
- Seating is limited to 15 crafters and their designated adult assistants.
- Class will be held outside. Dress comfortably, as it can get warm on the covered deck where we’ll be crafting.

Kids of all ages can assemble their own wooden home scenes under the expertly fun tutelage of illustrator, designer, and NeighborWood creator, Dave Sopp. Crafters will choose 3 tiny houses, wood bases, and their own natural landscaping to create a tiny, imaginative NeighborWood of their own. $60 per crafter (required chaperone, free)

Class includes…
3 illustrated wood houses
3 wood bases
Various glues, and all kinds of natural, tiny landscape supplies
Light snacks, little sandwiches and lemonade

Parking:
There are a few spots in the driveway, and there is street parking on the West side of the street (across from the Turlington House).

Note:
The class involves supervised handling of hot glue guns (for gluing moss to branches) and some sharp objects such as scissors, so parent supervision is required as everyone will be crafting at their own risk. 

We may also snap a few pictures or short clips of video during class to promote future classes. By attending, you give us permission to do so. If you are highly opposed, just let us know before we get started.

*Because we pre purchase your supplies and ingredients, classes are not refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, please provide 48 hour notice and we can exchange your class for another date that’s available.
