The Green Stuff

Tree Pollen. You’ll know it’s April when everything in NC is covered in a thick blanket of green dust. You can thank the Oak trees for needing to stock up on allergy meds. But this dusting is actually a vital part of our ecosystem. Pollination is when the male part of a plant moves to the female part of the plant or flower. So, basically, the trees are gettin’ frisky y’all.
