Creating a school family begins the moment the children enter the room. From the way we greet them, to the way say goodbye, our classroom rituals play the biggest role in how children will respond throughout the day. What does it look like to be in a classroom that is developmentally appropriate and supports the growth of emotional intelligence? How do we create an environment that is safe for children physically and emotionally?
